When creating a Request Form (Forms) It's possible to override the standard input forms for a request input.
eg: If i create a Text Input and Link it to "Reporter" from JIRA - the default Reporter input box on the Request creation page, disapears and instead it shows the one I created.
However !
The default Reporter input box, allows ALL email addresses.
The custom Reporter input box, ONLY ALLOWS pre-existing users already added to the project.
How do i fix this ?
I want to use my own custom field AND allow all email addresses to be typed in.
The reporter field holds a "user", not free text. It's not really a simple text field, it's a pointer to the account you select.
This means that you have to have an existing account to point to.
How does the standard email input work then ?
The value goes to the same field in the JIRA ticket.
