Hi,
Below are our Jira service desk Links. Issue that we are facing is whenever user Clicks on the Link given in attached screenshot, it gets redirected to link NO 2. Instead , It should be always redirect to Link 1. Can we restrict it.
1. https://<Cloud Server>/servicedesk/customer/portal/2/<Key or Incidnet No>---- Customer Portal
2. https://<<Cloud Server>/browse/<Key or Incidnet No> ---- Jira Service Desk UI
On customer Portal, User clicking on Link which redirects to Link 2 instead on Link 1.
This matches my current problem. I am trying to get issue links working on the customer portal and have the same stumbling block. the "customer" facing links, redirect to BROWSE, which obviously the customers do not have access to view. i assume you never had this fixed. i am looking into a resolution today.
