Limited number of portals can be displayed on the service desk

Hey Everyone,

I just wanted to share this feature request Atlassian created for my organization,

Background:

The current default service desk portal settings only allow a maximum of 15 portals to be displayed on the home screen at once. By default, only 9 portals display. See image below.

The only way to display 15 portals is by utilizing the featured portals option in the settings; however, this functionality is limited to a maximum of 15.

My organization does not benefit from the multiple portals feature that was recently released. This would result in additional clicks for the end user compared to simply selecting "show more portals."

"What about a third-party app?" Unfortunately, I work for a school district and given the budget freezes and uncertainty in the education sector in my country, it is currently not feasible to pay for a third-party application to customize the portal page at this time.

The feature request linked above is straightforward. It proposes allowing a setting for portal administrators to display all service desk portals.
