Is there a way to set the limit of characters shown in each comment of a ticket? And if you want to continue reading, it will display a "read more" button.
Similar to Quora and other forums.
We get responses from our associates that contain long email strings, which makes the ticket length feel like reading a novel.

It is my understanding it is not possible. You can reach out to Atlassian Support (https://support.atlassian.com) to see if there is any ask on their end already for this feature.
