I have added users in JSD without application access.
Added that users in project roles, groups, Security levels.
Now i am unable to create mail tickets through That users.[ It is saying that you must have application access to create mail tickets.
Do i need Licensed users or any other Suggested way to Come out and create mail tickets.
Users without application access should be listed as Customers in the roles. If you do that they should have the necessary permissions to issue tickets by mail assuming you have enabled email ticketing. You don’t add Customers to users, groups, etc. By chance do you have a JSW instance where you are trying to set those users up with access to JSD?
