What is the meaning of the maximum number Agent in Jira SM license ?.   In my case for example I have 10 Agents Standard  .. means: 10 Agent maximum can I define/put  on the system or max  Agents at the same time could be work togheter

Hi @Carmine Pezzella,

Welcome to Atlassian Community!

It means that you can assign the JSM license to X amount of users, it has nothing to do with how many agents are online. So if you have 10 licenses you can have 10 agents, even if only 4 agents are working at the same time.
