Good Morning, 

 

We have procured the Cloud version of Jira Service Management, however in order for us to migrate from the standalone version we need to have the 'old' licence key, which I cannot find anywhere.  

Is there anyway I can retrieve the standalone licence key please?

Hi @Danuta Krzyzanowska and welcome to the Community!

I am not sure why you would need your old license keys to be able to migrate. On the server platform, these used to be under Jira Administration on the Applications tab. Or they can be retrieved from my.atlassian.com if you are a billing/technical contact for your site.
