Hello. We currently have 8 projects (Jira Software) running, which has been in production for some 3 years.
We are looking at leveraging Jira Service Management, in particular ‘Services’. Would appreciate some guidance.
- Rather than maintaining the 8 separate projects, can we convert to utilise JSM Services, of which there will be 8 services: one project, rather than 8?
Alternatively, if we need to keep the 8 projects, then I assume each project would have their own JSM? This would limit the advantages of JSM, wouldn’t it? As you will need to go to each project to access their respective JSM.
