Evaluating your ITSM tools is essential to avoid an underperforming platform that could negatively impact the business.Some questions I recommend asking when evaluating your current solution:
- Are you paying too much for your current solution?
- Does your current tool keep up with industry trends?
- Are you reducing time-to-value by utilizing automated tools and processes?
