I am aware there's an option to create a request and triage channel in slack so that requests that are logged via chat can be seen in the triage channel, internal comments etc can be added by directly replying to the thread in slack which is pretty neat. I was wondering if there was a way to have a triage-like system (or something similar) in slack for requests that are not logged via chat, but instead via the jira service desk portal? For example, someone submits a request using the portal, an internal note is added or a request for approval is made within this request and the reply is visible in either a slack triage channel or a slack DM?
