Trying to create tickets from google chat to a jira service desk however only paid users can raise tickets currently not customers from google chat. Using the free integration provided by the product which says a customer should be able to raise tickets via google chat.
When a customer tried to type /jira_create on chat it gives a popup saying configuration is required, you click on configure access, then a jira URL tab opens with the front end of the service desk and nothing happens

I don't think thats a bug or anything. Unlike slack or MS Teams, this integration is not specific to JSM. It is a Google Chat to Jira connection, so only valid users can use it.
You could probably raise a request via support for this integration.
