I want to include in my Dashboard is the last time that a ticket was opened. Is there a way to do this with Jira service Managment tickets?
Hi @Danielle David ,
can you please explain this a little bit more??? what do you mean with "last time a ticket was opened"?
Cheers,
Esteban
sorry, I will elaborate.
Is there any filter/dashboard/report to see if an agent has looked at a ticket without any edits?
If not my next thing would be can we filter/dashbaordreport on activity last activity?

Jira does not track issue views (it can't, because there are many ways you might view an issue, and it's mostly completely useless information anyway)
