I'm a student who is required to use Jira service management and Jira confluence for my assessment.
I was wondering if the Admin could please unlock the settings for both applications?

You would have to contact your IT department to get help with this, we here at Atlassian Community do not have access to other customers instances.
I'm trying to reach out to the Admin but can't seem to find any other forms of communication except for the community chat.

Well, unfortunately the community does not have access to the customers instances, so we cannot do anything. Someone that is already an admin on your instance has to give you that access.
