Jira's GDPR compliance in terms of data storing

Hi team,

We have gone through your GDPR documentation. In that, you mentioned that any identifiable information that specifies a living being falls under Personal Data. So, I have a doubt: is the "accountId" considered personal data?

Additionally, we have another question. If we obtain the user email from the getUser API of Jira and store the email address in our cache for 1 day, do we need to follow the reporting cycle of every 7 days, as mentioned in the documentation? Please clarify.
