Jira "Tracking field is hidden in this issue" Error

I am trying to log time on a team-managed project task but I receive an error: "Tracking field is hidden in this issue" How can resolve this problem? I have googled but don't see any mention of this error.

I was able to find the solution by going to `"Task" > "Configure" > "Time Tracking"` from the right-hand side of the task the issue is resolved now.

Can you go to that issue LL-311 and click "Where's my field"->search for the field which is hidden. Then you will get some hints on what might be the reason.

Could you provide a step-by-step guide in relation to how you got to this screen?

And is this related to an App which records time? Or is it a native feature?
