¿Jira permite definir el formato de contraseña (robustez)?

Por temas de auditoría, me solicitan si jira tiene un parámetro donde se vea el formato de la contraseña de los clientes. 

Lo he buscado por todos lados y no encuentro.

Forgive me for using English in my reply. With Jira Cloud, people log in using their Atlassian Account. If you claim a domain for your organisation in Atlassian Admin (admin.atlassian.com) you can set password requirements under 'Security' > 'Authentication policies'. There are some details at: Edit authentication settings and members. This would be enforced when a user from your domain sets an Atlassian Account password. Hopefully this helps with auditing :)
