I have a Service management board, in which I want to add a knowledgebase section, so customers can go to it rather than suggested articles.
The question I have is why does the "learn more about" knowledgebase articale site at the top and then it has "need to raise a request"
Can that order be changed? I understand the logic, but if possible I want to switch the order it displays in.
Any help or suggestions would be great, I have attached the current layout to make things a bit easier to understand.
