Hi guys, I a question, I am Jira admin on both slack and Jira, I have installed the Jira cloud app on slack and connected it with Jira, however when I press the add to issue in Jira could it say it has done it successfully however when I go to the ticket I do not see the comment on the ticket? any help would be grateful, I have messaged Ceverson70, on MacAdmins as well.
Does anyone know why this is even though I have got the right permission?
