Hi All,

We have created an automation in JSM. If the request is approved, it will send a web request to OKTA workflow and automatically assign groups/applications. On the other hand, when the request is done, the groups/applications are assigned to the approver, not to the requester. Kindly see attached image for your reference.

Could you please let me know where did you get the <client token> and the <alias>?
