Jira Service Rocket binding error

Edited

Hello Community,

We are developing a Salesforce Sales solution for our commercial team, and we acquire Jira Service Rocket connector to share our records with Jira's project.

At the beginning, we bound the Salesforce's development environment without any problem, however, when we try to change the environment to another sandbox (stagging), Jira printed the following screen:

binding error.png

Screen Description: We add a new binding connection, and we click over the update option, after the project and connection selection, but the process doesn't finish. (Spinner keeps on).

We "solved" the situation drop the first binding connection and, create a new one. However, in Salesforce, we have the following situation:

On the Salesforce side, all steps end fine, nevertheless the screen prints the no connection scenario between Salesforce and Jira.

Any suggest?

Best regards,

Juanma
