I am creating a form in Jira Service Management and would like to include a way for our clients to upload an attachment. I do not see an option in fields to include an attachment. Is there a possible work around? I noticed that the upload an attachment feature was supposed to be going live in Q2, is there any update on that?
Hi Austin - Welcome to the Atlassian Community!
You can add the Attachment field to the standard Request form attached to the Request Type. This will be combined with the custom form you are creating. The drawback is that the Attachment field will be at the top, before your custom field loads. But at least it works right now and then you can adjust when it gets deployed for custom fields.
Hi @Austin Althaus,
Welcome to Atlassian Community!
Currently Forms do not support attachments, but Atlassian is working on it and it should be available soon, the public roadmap has it scheduled for Q4 2022 timeframe.
