Jira Service Management Cloud to Cloud migration

Is it possible to migrate a project created from the ITSM template from one cloud site to another cloud site (also, in the different organizations)?

I have been researching, so far know that the Jira Cloud Migration Assistant does not yet support the migration. I see a feature request that said that site export, import can be a workaround, but however after I look further, it seems that to be for server/DC to Cloud only. So, is there any other potential solution for this?

Hi @Sutee, Sengkaew ,

Just based on my experience, JSM cloud-to-cloud migration is very limited today. If your other site is new you can backup and import to the other site and delete the unwanted projects.

OR use intermediate server and JCMA tool to migrate but 3rd party apps data will not be migrated in this approach.
