Jira Service Management Advanced Requests Report Portal Not Working

Onur Onal January 3, 2025

Hi

We're using JSM Advanced Requests Report Portal and we didn't change any permission and board settings. If we choose "Components: Gelistirme / Yeni Ozellik" results are shown (image4) but when we choose "Components: Kurumsal Sayfa" there is an error as shown below. (image2)

But without any filtering, we can see task for that component. (image1)

When we checked jira service status page, i see "All System Operational"

Where should we check for this issue?

Thanks

Hi Onur,

I see you're referring to the marketplace app, Advanced Portal Reports for Jira Service Management. If yes, you can contact their support team directly by clicking the "Submit Support Request" button from below link -

I solved this problem. The reason was, while doing the Translate operation in the second language preference on my Board, there was a space at the end of some names. When I deleted them, the filter problem was solved.

When I disabled and enabled Project Configuration, it worked for a short while but then it failed again.
