Even though I have shared the portal publicly, only external customers can access it and create tickets, while internal customers cannot. I don't know the reason for this issue. Please help me investigate.

Can you share some details on what internal users see when they try to access this public-faced portal?
Also, can you share how the project permission scheme is configured? Which product access do internal users have?
Feel free to share all relevant info related to this, so people here can try to debug the issue.
