Hi,
I am wanting the Jira Service Desk Dashboard to refresh every minute and also display Items at risk as well as pending tickets. Is there a way of setting this?

Regarding gadgets on a JIRA dashboard:
You can display SLAs using the Filter Results gadget, just add the SLA field when configuring the gadget.

I guess UI doesn't let you go below 15 minutes. This is an arbitrary value. For more details see. You can take gadgets in your dash board to display pending tickets.
