We're migrated our Service Desk to Jira SDM in Cloud and I face a little problem. In our previus SD the users can access the portal with AD credentials.
I have a few users with access to Jira Software e a bunch others without, the problem is the other groups ho don't acess the Software, only for Portal requests
Theres any way to this users use O365 credentials just for Portal request?
