I am working on a project which requires me to export data from Jira to ZL (zscaler) team as per below requirements.
- stories are sent 2 weeks after resolved for "Done" "Cancelled" "Released" tickets
- stories 2 weeks after modification date if modified after resolution for "Done" "Cancelled" "Released" tickets
- stories are purged 4 years after the greater of resolution or last modified date for "Done" "Cancelled" "Released" tickets
I understand above can be done via Automation application. However, I need to have this data exported (sent via an email) in a PDF format with any linked attachments to the ticket as well as comments. Does anyone know best way to do this?
I tried using Exporter application that won't work since it sends link in an email which then takes to the Jira, needs to login and then download the attachment from there.
