Jira Insight Automation

Hi Team - I have found the Insight Automation as below

But unfortunately, I couldn't see it in the Cloud Area. Is it part of On-prem? If yes, when we can expect this in the cloud? If not, where I can see it in the cloud?

Please advise.

Welcome to the Atlassian Community!!

Insight is free for those who are going with JSM Premium Cloud. Atlassian has included a trigger for insight in Global Automations.

Welcome to the community!

In Insight Cloud, the Automation capabilities have been moved to Jira Automation. You can learn about them through this documentation: https://support.atlassian.com/jira-service-management-cloud/docs/automate-your-objects-in-insight/

Certain Insight components in automation can only be found in Global automation (not in Automation within project settings).

@Krishnamoorthy S If you are on premium then no need to purchase the Insight as it is free for premium and no need purchase the automations as it is included in Jira Software Cloud Deployment.

@Krishnamoorthy S both Jira Automation and Insight are included in a JSM Premium or Enterprise license, so both are made available together.

It is available in Jira Service Management Cloud as well as Jira Software Cloud @Mayur Jadhav :) you do not need to have Jira Software to have Automation.
