Hi,
We have set up our Jira incident project as a company-managed software project. We have a single issue type (incident), and we assign a severity level to the incident upon creation. This is generally done through the Slack/Jira create command.
Our incident review process (in Confluence) is rather time-consuming. This means that even if a low-severity incident is raised, the same details need to be filled out.
I would like to know if it's possible to create a separate issue type for low-severity incidents that don't require the need for a Confluence document to be created. The required information would be filled in on the Jira ticket and the incident closed at that point without review.
I would also like to know if it's possible to have this low-severity issue created when the low-severity option is selected through Slack (screenshot attached).
Thanks in advance
Enda.
