I have set up two different emails in automation. Only one of the users receives the email
The audit log is ok
The email work correctly, I have checked in spam folder and I disabled all the rules in the outlook and the user is an admin that receives from atlassian a lot of different notification
Do you have any ideas to solve this problem?

If you and/or another user are not receiving emails:
- Initially, try to run the automation manually or scheduled to check if users receive the email, maybe by the issue update if the user is watcher/assignee/reporter it may end up supplying some notifications
Otherwise try these two steps:
- If the user has a license: Test "Send Email" (press G+G and type "Send Email" or https://YOURINSTANCE.atlassian.net/secure/admin/SendBulkMail!default.jspa ) and forward email to a test group (may have you and the other user only to test, if the user don't receive any text email then go to the step below
- If the user does not have a license: In this case, I would recommend opening a support ticket to atlassian and requesting the Bounce List of your instance or asking if the user in question is on it, sometimes users stay on this bounce list and end up not receiving notifications , if the user is on the bounce list, ask to remove and try again.
