Once an issue is raised and set to specific status I want to migrate the issue to another request type.
For example, once the status is set to Done in 'a. Create' Request Type, I want the issue automatically migrate to 'b. Finance Compliance' Request type:
** Each request type has the same fields.
I want it to be done automatically - I tried writing automation, but without any success.
Is it possible?
To make the request type change, you must make sure that the requests involved ('a. Create' and 'b. Finance Compliance') have the same Issue type associated with them, otherwise the automation rule will not work.
Then, you must configure the rule as follows:
