Jira Automation - Manual Trigger no longer exist

Hi there,

I had this automation with a condition to bypass, and this condition is true and the automation had bypass the rule, but turns out I need to re-run the automation because I had to change the condition because there is human error to fill the condition.

So I need to re-run the automation using manual trigger, but I can not find how to do the manual trigger.

Can anyone help me on this?

Thank you!

Hi @Dewa Fakha Shiva

For manual trigger, you can use this trigger "Manual trigger from issue". This trigger allows the rule is run when it is manually triggered by the user from Actions on any issue type.

On the issue screen, you can click on the button "Manual trigger" in Action field to start the automation.Ảnh chụp Màn hình 2023-06-07 lúc 15.35.14.png

I hope this helps!

Hi Nhat,

I have setup the way to did, but nothing works, but then I checked if my user is part of the admin group, and turns out I'm not in the admin group.

After I add my user to admin group, everything works fine.

Thank you for your help.
