Hello all,

We are in the middle of implementing Jiras Asset Management service: "Assets".

Long story short, we have decided against agentless due to the security risk of WMI. For Linux all good, as we will import via SSH. That led us to use the agent, which we want to deploy not only on servers, but also employee endpoints.
So far so good. This is though where the frustration starts. I can not, for the love of whatever deity find proper documentation on how to run and import data from the agents. Deploying the agents on endpoints is easy, GPO with an installation script, all good. But how in the bloody heck do we import the data into Jira? The documentation is so vague and unclear, also a mix match between Insights and the new Assets that it completely infuriates me. Also, I keep getting an error when scanning for agents: AAC there is a running task. Where do I see said task? How do I stop it. AAAAHHHH

How do I feed the generated XML's into Jira? Also do I need a separate import for SSH, and a separate one for Agents? How can I remotely push the config file on agents? Everytime I try the service crashes.

Now that off my chest. Help?
