I have a .json file that was exported from ZenDesk...the import process is quite rudimentary...and the documentation doesn't explain where these issues will go. Before I click the "Begin Import" button, what's going to happen next?

You must have the project key and issue key in the JSON import file right, so when you click on "Begin import" the ticket will be either updated/created under the project name which you have provided.

Also, kindly make sure you do the import in the testing environment first and then to the production.
