JSM project customers list shows empty

On our JSM project we are letting people in to the customer portal based on email address added to the "customers" in the project. Those people do not have accounts created within our Jira. 

It works as it should but for last couple of days when we go to organization created in customers section it shows no people there added ( even if they are )

I noticed it happened in the past that randomly when opening certain organization it was showing empty but for example 30mins later it was showing list of users properly.

For now it lasts for a couple of days already and not sure if it's a bug or something else we may not be aware of.

We have the same issue since end October :'-(

Do you know if there is already a bug open ?

I have seen several posts complaining of similar issues. I recommend reporting this to Atlassian Support.
