Hi all,
if an agent creates a new request through the "CREATE" issue button, then not all fields configured under Project settings/Request types/Issue view are shown.
Is it possible to show the whole form fields when an agent creates an issue/request?
Thank you
M
Welcome to the community.
I guess you mean Create button in Jira internal UI. All fields which are shown in portal has to be shown there. If not, there is a three dots at the right and click show fields.

Hi Tansu
thank you very much for your answer.
Yes, I mean the CREATE button in the Jira internal UI.
I understand an issue (and its request type) can have different fields shown:
- on the portal -> configured in the "Request form"
- on the issue -> configured in the "Issue view"
But if I create a new issue using the CREATE button, I can't see the fields configured in the "Issue view". If I try to show them with the three dots (as you kindly suggested) then I just get a message "Since a request type has been selected for this issue, these fields can’t be edited here.".
Do you have further hints?
Thank you
