Hi for my Jira Service Management Project, one email is default provided by Atlassian and one custom email is provided, does any upgradation or other option enable me to add multiple custom email option?

out of the box you'll be stuck with a single email address (well one custom/one out of the box) linked to a project.
They are however considering to make a change to this but it's not on any short term roadmap I can see.

A workaround would be to use an app like Jira Email This Issue (JETI) which pretty much takes over your email channel and allows you to connect multiple addresses as you configure them separately.
