Our organization is new in Jira/JSM world.
I am an Admin and I have two accounts in our organization, one as an Admin with Jira/Confluence and I am also a JSM Agent. It is all working fine.
I have another account and I am only JSM user, NO Jira license. I have Atlassian portal like the following.
When I click the portal I use to see JSM button in it, I don't find it any more. Only the Confluence button is there.
Not sure what is changed that I don't find it. My assumption is, it is controlled by Atlassian but my org.
Please let me know if possible what I am missing and how to fix it.
Thanks
Are you a site admin? Please advise. In addition, can you clarify on what do you mean by "click the portal"?
Lastly, why you want to have two different atlassian accounts?
Once with more information, then we can assist you better.

Yes, I am a site admin.
I possess two accounts - the first enables me to perform my duties as an administrator, whereas the second allows me to adopt the persona of an ordinary customer, such as a business person without extensive privileges. With this account, I can investigate and replicate issues in their environment.
I have attached two files that contain descriptions of the portal. Additionally, when I access Atlassian via https://start.atlassian.com/, I can see the available Apps, except for JSM, which is not visible to users registered in JSM. Strangely, it was functioning correctly until yesterday.
Thanks
You must be a registered user to add a comment. If you've already registered, sign in. Otherwise, register and sign in.
Based on my knowledge, if you use your second account (non-privileged user), then you will not see products which you are not licensed. This is the normal behavior.
You may want to follow-up with Atlassian Support (https://support.atlassian.com) for further assistance.
Best, Joseph
