For Atlassian Cloud there no version. Atlassian is taking of care of it.

On Cloud systems, it is "Cloud".

You can extract a build number from the REST API if you try hard, but it's of no possible use to you - it's going to change every few weeks, and the number will tell you nothing about the application, let alone apps you might add.   It's useless to you.

On server, help -> about will tell you.

You can only find version information if your JSM env is server (on-prems).  In the cloud env, there is no version, it is controlled by Atlassian.
