We are trying to improve our ticketing system by updating an issue's assignee using an Adaptive Card in Microsoft Teams. Our goal is to select an agent from a dropdown list within the Adaptive Card and submit the selection to update the assignee of the issue.

However, we receive a generic error when we select an agent and click submit. We would greatly appreciate any guidance from the community on how to update a ticket's assignee based on the value of an assignee dropdown within a Teams Adaptive Card.
