JSM Portal User Activity Tracking

Hi Community. 

Our group is looking to establish reporting around Portal Adoption at our company. We are currently on Jira Service Management Cloud using JSM Portal Only Users for our customers. The biggest metric we are looking for is Login Activity to better understand how often our customers are logging in (whether or not they create a ticket for us or not). 

We were previously leveraging the Last Login contained on the JSM Portal Only User. We've come to understand there's a bug here where this field is not always updated. I'm curious if anybody has implemented reporting/auditing on Jira Cloud related to Portal Logins.
