Hello! If a customer raises a request through the portal, the web page doesn`t update with getting an answer from the agent. Is there any chance that you will change it? Cause it makes communication heavier if a requester can`t automatically see all agent`s answers in the portal in real life without reloading the page.
Hi @Batrak Daria welcome to the community! If they refresh the page, does the page properly refresh and reflect the updated status? It is my understanding that this is how it works today. I've found some tickets on Atlassian's Jira site with suggestions to change this.
I would suggest Voting For and Watching for updates. I'm trying to just get in the habit of clicking refresh.
Other tickets out there say it won't be done, I agree that web technology today can make it happen.
