JSM Not Automatically adding Users/Customers profiles

Hi, is there a way to disable the automatic profile creation for user/customers that sent their requests via email without affecting our project boards?

Hi Jaja,

Your customers will always have an account on your site when they submit a request, this is so your site can keep track of their historical requests.

 

If you allow anonymous access, then they can submit and view their requests without logging in, thus an account would not necessarily be created for them. However, this is of course not advised if you have sensitive data that they could be submitting.
