In our company we have setup a knowledgebase system that JSM provides, we create documentation on Confluence and connect the space with the JSM portal, that way all pages are presented to our customers.
Something to note the user has to sign up and request access to view these pages in JSM.
While viewing the pages there is always a link that sends the user to a page that contains more details, for some reason each header of the main page contains a "Copy link" function:
If we copy the link from this header in order to try and send it to our users, it will take them to the actual Confluence page and they will see this screen:
This is not expected, the user should not be taken to Confluence, they should remain in JSM and link should take them to the page with more details.
As this is a built in functionality there is no way to hide this or somehow manage it.
Potentially this is a bug.
