I want to show users to watch big picture of every projects in roadmaps.

Does anyone know some plug-in functions which can connect 2 or more projects into the same roadmaps?

Are you also using Jira Software in your Cloud env?, if so and your subscription level premium or enterprise, then you can use the Advanced Roadmaps for Jira (free component) - https://support.atlassian.com/jira-software-cloud/docs/what-is-advanced-roadmaps/

If not, then I would recommend for you to take a look at this excellent fee based third party add-on - Structure by Tempo - https://marketplace.atlassian.com/apps/34717/structure-by-tempo-jira-portfolio-project-management-ppm?hosting=cloud&tab=overview

Both apps give you the ability to create a view pulling from multiple projects.
