Is it possible to make it so that email responses to any email request includes an email signature and looks/feels like an email

@Luis Andino Rodriguez You can make basic changes to the customer emails.  You can update the template so that the email has a signature, etc.  Here is how to edit the template: https://support.atlassian.com/jira-service-management-cloud/docs/change-the-look-and-feel-of-customer-notifications/  If you would like to make additional changes you will need to use an app like JEMH from the Atlassian marketplace.
