We recently enabled the Developer Escalation feature. I have questions regarding this.
- When you create a developer escalation from JSM and you picked another project as the ticket destination, is it expected that the newly created ticket is not gonna be visible in the Developers Escalation Queue?
- If we add a developer (with JSW license) on the JSM project as a Collaborator (Service desk Team), would this developer can see all the tickets in JSM or just those developer escalation tickets?
- If we create a developer escalation ticket, does the Reporter gets notified via email even they don't have license on JSM and JSW?
- If we create a developer escalation ticket, does the Developer gets notified via email even they set themselves as a watcher?
- Will the Reporter/Customer who submitted the JSM ticket via portal gets notified if an agent creates a development escalation ticket and linked to their ticket?
