Hi,
I try to put images in the page footer of our help center. Tried to browse existing topics in the feed but I didn't found. Here is what I did:
* in my Confluence Space, Page1 contains an image youtube.png
* In my Confluence Space Look&feel settings I put this:
* Then the following footer properly appear is all pages of my space:
* It also appears in JSM in My Service Project > Knowledge Base > any of articles
* However, in my customer Portal, the image is broken:
Any idea?
Thanks
After discussion with Atlassian support, the issue can be fixed by defining alignment/size attributes for the image as follows
[!Page1^youtube.png|align=right, vspace=4, width= 30px, height= 25px!|http://youtube.com]
Hi @Gwenaël Durand I added a local image to another page in my Space and referenced it and was able to get it to load in the Help Center. I'm guessing it's something related to the portal getting access to an image from a website. I'm figuring it's not going to let you do that.
I looked in their jira site for an open issue and didn't find anything. You could confirm with support.atlassian.com if it's expected to work the same way in the portal as it does in Confluence. I know some things are not intended to work the same.
Hope that helps.

Hi, thanks for your feedback.
I also suspect some settings are blocking the images out of Confluence, but I could not find what.
Thanks,
Gwenaël
