one of our customers ask me if is it possible to set some default value for customer portal filters.
For example, he wants to set 'Any Status, as a default value for request status.
Is it possible?

Unfortunately, it is not possible to change the default filter values that display in the customer portal when customers navigate to it.
We understand how useful this functionality would be for SD customers, so we created the following feature request to get it implemented:
- Set default request filter in customer portal
