Hi,
I need a query showing me issues that have been commented by the role "customer" only. Is there any solution working on Cloud for Jira Service Management?
A result, I want that already closed issues which are commented by a customer, re-open by an automation.

There is a way for automation but not for JQL unfortunately
{{comment.internal}} = false
And also if you want this for automation there is an automation a condition for this
